"When we pursued 85 Mt. Paran Rd, a newly constructed home, at that point, it was collectively our eleventh home purchase. However, it was by far our most pleasureable and personable home-buying experience.
The listing description and pictures were very appealing as was the Buckhead location. We had the chance to meet Amin Tejani, the developer and builder of this amazing property. On our first visit, Amin showed us around and explained every detail that went into the creation of this home. He was so proud of the design, quality, high-end finishes, and the overall appeal of the home. We fell in love with it. It had everything one could possibly want in a warm, family-friendly home.
The extensive cabinetry, built-ins, woodwork, moldings, plumbing, and light fixtures were not only all very tastefully done inside and out but also very high end. From the formal and casual living spaces to the magnificent kitchen, all en-suite bedrooms, custom bathrooms, generous closet space, wine room, and media room, it was the perfect entertaining space and guest hosting home.
We came to a very fair deal for all involved. It turned out that Amin is all about the "win-win" and is as trustworthy as they come. Our move in punch list was minimal for an 8,500+ sq foot home, and everything was taken care of prior to our move-in.
The home was featured in the AJC's Sunday Home Section after a friend and employee of the newspaper visited us and was blown away. When it came time to sell, less than three years later, we made a very good profit and sold it in a very short amount of time during a period where there was significant inventory and competition.

"When we found our Stovall Blvd home in Brookhaven we knew we would want to do some updating as the house was built in the 1930’s. There was no doubt in our minds who we were going to ask to do the work: Amin Tejani and Modern City Homes, who had also built our current home at the time which we absolutely loved.
All that had to be done from expanding the kitchen and family room and creating a new master bathroom and closet to converting our carport to a two-car garage, repaving the driveway, adding an automatic gate, and adding a covered porch, pool, and spa was done within the confines of maintaining the integrity of the original architecture and property.
